Desc: Code3AV is looking for an AV Integration Technician to help install, wire, and commission commercial audio visual systems in meeting spaces, campuses, government facilities, and worship environments. You’ll work alongside a certified team to deliver clean, reliable installs and a polished closeout experience. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience installing commercial AV systems (or related low-voltage work)
• Comfortable with device mounting, cable pulls, rack builds, labeling, and documentation
• Working knowledge of signal flow for audio, video, and control
• Ability to read basic drawings, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed
• Willing to travel to job sites throughout Virginia (as applicable)
