Alex Renew – Control Room and Divisible Conference Room

The Vision

The client needed a control room with one-touch conferencing capabilities. The solution would require a large video wall to accommodate detailed oriented images. Audio clarity was also a key consideration for the frequent conferences and meetings that would be held in this space. The client also needed a divisible meeting space, each with their own separate video conference space. The divisible meeting space separates with a sliding divider wall and the two systems separate automatically when triggered by the sliding divider wall.

The Solution

Code3AV’s custom solution included a control room with reliable one-button conference with additional “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) capability provided via a SUB connection at the control desk. Each room in the divisible meeting space received its own video conference system that combines into one system when the sliding divider wall is open.
