The Vision
VHDA set out to modernize their 4th floor office spaces with a unified AV experience that prioritized ease of use, high-performance conferencing, and future scalability. They envisioned conference rooms that would elevate collaboration across teams—whether in-person or remote—by delivering seamless integration with Webex, consistent room-to-room standards, and high-quality audio-visual systems tailored to each room’s size and purpose. The goal was to create intuitive spaces that empowered users to meet, present, and communicate effortlessly with minimal technical support.
The Solution
To achieve VHDA’s vision, Code3AV designed a comprehensive AV system package across multiple room types—from large and medium conference rooms to smaller huddle spaces and a breakroom. Each space was equipped with Cisco Webex-capable systems, LG commercial displays, and Shure ceiling microphones, ensuring clear audio and video for both local and remote participants. Larger rooms feature advanced DSP processing, ceiling speakers, and flexible HDMI routing, while collaboration rooms and the breakroom leverage ClickShare wireless sharing and occupancy-based control. The result is a cohesive, modern AV environment tailored to VHDA’s needs, offering consistent user experiences and effortless collaboration across their entire 4th floor.
