The Vision
The Benedictine School of Richmond sought to modernize their Boardroom with a seamless, intelligent video conferencing system that enhances collaboration and ensures board members are clearly seen and heard during meetings. The goal was to create a space that adapts to different seating configurations while remaining intuitive and easy to operate.
The Solution
Code3AV designed and integrated an upgraded video conferencing system featuring Crestron intelligent video cameras with automatic speaker tracking, driven by advanced ceiling microphones for precise locational audio cues. The system was built around a QSC processor for reliable audio control and a user-friendly wall-mounted touch panel for managing cameras, audio, display, and room configurations. To maximize flexibility, the system was programmed for both boardroom and classroom seating layouts, with additional integration for shade presets and wireless content sharing through Barco Clickshare. This solution provides a streamlined, professional conferencing experience tailored to the school’s needs.
