Wellsmith Apartments
Easy-to-use meeting spaces. Reliable and intuitive video and audio solutions for residents to enjoy outside, poolside, and recreational and exercise areas. Eye-catching, professional-looking lobby signage. Huddle spaces for guest use. Pleasant background music coverage for the common areas. The systems need to be reliable and robust enough for public use.
Code3AV Installed a custom solution for the Wellsmith Apartments complex. This solution included audio and video for the main lobbies, leasing office, conference rooms, fitness center, and multipurpose room. One wireless panel was docked in the leasing office and is used as the master controller for the audio system throughout the common areas. Each location is outfitted with video displays, audio, and a simple, intuitive, securely mounted touch panel for ease of use.
Gumenick Properties
The client was looking to implement a one-button conference call solution for weekly meetings between the Miami and Richmond corporate headquarters. They also desired easy sharing of documents and blueprints, hassle-free communication via video and audio conferencing, and simple control of cameras, lighting, lights, and shades.
Code3AV Leveraged the existing systems and modified them to integrate a soft codec device. This allowed them to keep the familiar and intuitive control interface they had been using. They also enjoyed the benefits of reliable one-button conference calls between Miami and Richmond with additional "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) capability provided via a USB connection at the conference table. Pan, Tilt, and Zoom (PTZ) cameras, dual displays, and high-resolution document cameras allow them to dig into the fine details of their projects.
Penstock Quarter Apartments
The client needed several easy and reliable corporate meeting spaces for the leasing offices and reliable and intuitive video and audio solutions for residents to enjoy outside, poolside, and recreational and exercise areas. The client was looking for background music coverage in the common areas, and the systems need to be reliable and robust enough for public use.
Code3AV's custom solution included audio and video for the leasing office, conference rooms, fitness center, and multipurpose rooms. Each location is outfitted with video displays, audio, and a simple, intuitive, securely mounted touch panel for ease of use. One wireless panel is docked in the leasing office and used as the master controller for the audio system throughout the common areas. Simple, reliable, weatherproof remotes are made available for the televisions in the barbeque pavilions.
Good Run Research
The client wanted to create a one-of-a-kind research and events space where they could translate what people do, think, and feel into actionable business insights. They wanted a casual and comfortable environment that let participants feel at home during sessions.
Code3AV's custom solution included two large research areas covered by fixed and pan, tilt and zoom cameras, and ceiling microphones. Each area has a one-way mirror wall with a viewing and listening area behind it, allowing for focus groups, product testing, and food and drink testing to be viewed by researchers. Code3AV also integrated streaming for remote participants to view and chat via zoom or PC. Code3AV also built simple, reliable meeting spaces for clients and their clients to use for presentations and conference calls.
New Market Boardroom and Conference System
The client's boardroom is large and well-appointed. The solution would require a good-sized video wall to accommodate the viewing distances. Audio clarity was also a key consideration for the frequent conferences and meetings that would be held in this space.
Code3AV's custom solution for this space included a 4x4 video wall with .88mm bezels for simultaneously viewing up to 4 input signals. Digital sound processing and video scaling integrated with the client's video conference codec allowed remote participants to hear, see, and collaborate quickly with the press of a button.
Alex Renew Control Room and Divisible Conference Room
The client needed a control room with one-touch conferencing capabilities. The solution would require a large video wall to accommodate detailed oriented images. Audio clarity was also a key consideration for the frequent conferences and meetings that would be held in this space. The client also needed a divisible meeting space, each with their own separate video conference space. The divisible meeting space separates with a sliding divider wall and the two systems separate automatically when triggered by the sliding divider wall.
Code3AV’s custom solution included a control room with reliable one-button conference with additional “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) capability provided via a SUB connection at the control desk. Each room in the divisible meeting space received its own video conference system that combines into one system when the sliding divider wall is open.
